Our return and refund policies-

   The sale of a EFI Series or XPOD Home is final. These goods can not be exchanged, canceled, returned, or refunded because they are       custom manufactured for each customer except under the following circumstances-

​

• You are free to cancel your order at any moment within 24 hours of order time with email to us for cancellation of order with reason if any . Then your deposit will be refunded excluding any transaction or service fee. Once 24 hours time expire it will not be refunded as we transfer the same amount to various product suppliers and manufacturers once receive it.

• If quality and specification of delivered order are different then what we mentioned after order , then you will be refunded upto maximum $1000.

• If products inside the delivered tiny home are damage during transportation  and if you show us the proof on delivery with 1 day then you will be refunded partially as per damage done.

• We do not accept return of this tiny home as their shipping cost very high.
