Regarding zonal authority regulations , building code standard and permit for drawing, design and installation of our Tiny Home EFI series wherever in US, it is to be noted that this tiny home come under Manufactured Home / Modular Home/ Tiny ADU / Tiny Home/ Prefab Container Homes or other similar category there and hence it can be very easily get permit and approval for those areas where this type of alternative housing construction are legal . It is buyer duty to get local permit and approval from their zonal council/county/board by applying themselves after/before its delivery to their designated address.
Homenids will not responsible for local permit however we can provide relevant drawings after order.
DELIVERY
Production cum delivery is within 85 days since payment is cleared to our bank account on order
EXTRA CHARGES DURING DELIVERY IF ANY
Additional charges may apply for delivery like permit for delivery to same address/area and enroute, and any additional waiting time during delivery, will be billed separately based on the actual expenses. These charges must be paid by the client prior to the delivery, if applicable.
Moreover, it is the buyer's responsibility to unload the EFI home from the trailer upon its arrival.
INSTALLATION OF SERVICES
The installation of the EFI home, as well as connecting its plumbing and electrical lines to the main city line or grid, is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Our role is limited to providing online technical instructions for the installation process. Please ensure that you are prepared to handle these tasks or make arrangements with a professional to assist you.
